I have experienced stress, depression, anger, anxiety, nervousness, panic attacks, mood swings, extreme fatigue, obesity, IBS, a lack of motivation, memory loss, an inability to focus or concentrate, insomnia, gluten intolerance, sugar addiction, pneumonia, tinnitus, stomach cramps, osteoporosis, diarrhoea, constipation, headaches, migraines, arthritis, dry itchy skin, brittle nails, hair loss, joint inflammation, blurred vision, floaters, hypothyroidism, and I have also been a insulin dependent diabetic for twenty four years now.

It has taken me many years of trial and error, to find the correct diet that would help me heal my mind and body. I hope that what has happened to me and how l have healed myself may be of help to others, who are also experiencing many of these mental and physical health problems.

Toxic Sugar

 

As a child l was extremely addicted to sugar. You can name any sweet and l have had it. I grew up on a western diet that was filled with excessive amounts of sugar. 

Sugar is highly addictive because it lights up all the pleasure parts of your brain, more than any other drug can. Sugar causes constant food cravings and weight gain. 

Sugar weakens the immune system. Just half a teaspoon of sugar shuts down the immune system for three and a half hours, which can leave many people vulnerable to catching colds, the flu and viruses.

Sugar damages DNA, and can unbalance the delicate hormone levels in human embryos, which can cause a baby to be born a lesbian or homosexual. Sugar can cause headaches and migraines. 

Sugar quickly ages our skin and causes wrinkles. Sugar creates inflammation throughout the entire body, including the brain. Toxic sugar causes cancer and cancer feeds on sugar.

During the six years whenever l asked my doctors what was wrong with me, and why wasn't l getting any better, they would always just give me a blank stare, and then get me to have some more blood tests.
