I have experienced stress, depression, anger, anxiety, nervousness, panic attacks, mood swings, extreme fatigue, obesity, IBS, a lack of motivation, memory loss, an inability to focus and concentrate, insomnia, gluten intolerance, sugar addiction, severe joint pain, severe stomach inflammation, headaches, migraines, hypothyroidism, and I have been a insulin dependent diabetic for over twenty two years.

To heal my thyroid l take six drops of Nascent Iodine in a glass of water, half an hour before breakfast, and half an hour before lunch.
You have to first start off with only three drops in a glass of water before breakfast and lunch for a month, then after that you can add another three drops.

As a child l was very very addicted to sugar. You can name any sweet and l have had it. I grew up on a typical western diet that was filled with excessive amounts of sugar. Apparently sugar lights up all the pleasure parts of your brain, more than even the drug cocaine can, so that’s why it is so addictive.
Sugar creates constant food cravings and obesity. Sugar weakens our immune systems, causing us to catch colds and the flu easily. Sugar damages the DNA and unbalances the delicate hormone levels in human embryos. Sugar ages our skin. Sugar creates severe inflammation throughout the body, including your brain. Sugar causes cancer and cancer feeds on sugar.
Consuming excessive amounts of sugar creates a B Group vitamin deficiency, which causes millions of people to experience stress, depression, mood swings, anxiety, headaches, migraines, irritability, anger, paranoia, nervousness, aggression, memory loss and insomnia.
Sugar gradually damages the pancreas, and so after many years of abusing your pancreas with too much sugar, your pancreas finally gives up working, and you become a diabetic like l did.

My body now prefers only organic fruit, vegetables, salmon, chicken, eggs, coconut yogurt, nuts, dates, black olives, figs, seeds, purified water, only two daily cups of organic coffee and herbal teas.
Every time l have any processed foods my stomach starts to really play up, and l become extremely tired.
Unfortunately I have found through the years, that even many processed gluten free foods and dairy free drinks, had quite a detrimental effect on my health.

The Side Effects Of Anti-Acid Medication Omeprazole
I found information on the internet about why l had been suffering with extreme fatigue, stomach cramps and depression for a very long time. I had been taking a common medication called omeprazole prescribed by doctors, for intestinal inflammation for four years.
I have posted below the side effects of omeprazole, that the doctors prescribed for me repeatedly for the last four years, without even warning me at least once about all the side effects that l would experience, if l took it for too long.
I was told by a doctor at the beginning of taking this medication that it was a really safe medication, and that l could take it for as long as l needed to.
During the last three years whenever l asked my doctors what was wrong with me, and why wasn't l getting any better, they would always just give me a blank stare, and then get me to have some more blood tests.

I absolutely believe now that sugar, gluten, fluoride, gmo soy, aspartame, omeprazole and carrageenan were all completely responsible, for causing me to develop depression, weight gain, diabetes, IBS, celiac disease and hypothyroidism.
