What Is Gluten?

Breads and pastas, which contain gluten, also contain a lot of sugar, which can cause inflammation and depression anxiety. Gluten wheat, rice and corn, also cause depression anxiety by feeding harmful bacteria such as H. Pylori, which crowds out good probiotic bacteria necessary for vitamin absorption and gut health.

There is no scientific doubt that gluten can cause depression anxiety. A study done over 60 years ago, found that rates of schizophrenia during World War II went down, as wheat was rationed in the general population.

Asian civilization has depended gluten related starchy rice, and American civilizations have depended on gluten related starchy corn and maize.

The human body developed hundreds of thousands of years ago, was not designed to consume processed grains, such as wheat, corn and rice, cultivated and consumed starting only ten thousand years ago.
Since gluten is such an “ingrained” part of our diet, removing gluten related food products from your diet is a real challenge, but a challenge worth taking if you wish to recover from depression anxiety.

The gluten free food industry is booming due to the growing awareness of the harmful impact gluten can have on health. Tons of new gluten free foods are appearing on store shelves everyday. Avoid them. Gluten free packaged and processed foods can still be bad for your health and can cause depression anxiety.
In many of these processed foods, wheat gluten is replaced with corn or rice, which have gluten like proteins that have the same negative effect as wheat gluten. they also contain a lot of sugar, salt, inflammatory oils, and additives and preservatives which can cause depression anxiety.
