Could You Be Gluten Intolerant?
For many years now doctors have been trained on purpose, to only prescribe highly addictive anti-depressant medication to millions of stressed & depressed people around the world.
When you tell your doctor that you are continually stressed, depressed and tired, instead of giving you a questionnaire sheet with boxes to tick, to see if you are allergic to gluten and sensitive to sugar, they just hand you over a prescription for addictive anti-depressants. This is how the large and powerful drug companies want all doctors to treat their patients.
Conventional blood tests for allergies are not always reliable, (especially if you do not have a lot of gluten in your diet) and the tests seem to only show up anything after all the damage to your mind and body has been done, so please have a look at the chart above to see if you are gluten intolerant.
The Real Reason Wheat Is Toxic
Toxic Weed Killer Roundup
Common wheat harvest protocol in the United States is to drench the wheat fields with Roundup several days before the combine harvesters work through the fields, as the practice allows for an earlier, easier and bigger harvest.
Pre-harvest application of the herbicide Roundup or other herbicides containing the deadly active ingredient glyphosate to wheat and barley as a desiccant was suggested as early as 1980. It has since become routine over the past 15 years and is used as a drying agent 7-10 days before harvest within the conventional farming community.
As a result, humans exposed to glyphosate through the use of Roundup in their community or through ingestion of its residues on industrialized food products, become even more vulnerable to the damaging effects of other chemicals and environmental toxins they encounter!
What’s worse is that the negative impact of glyphosate exposure is slow and insidious over months and years, as inflammation gradually gains a foothold in the cellular systems of the body.
The consequences of this systemic inflammation are most of the diseases and conditions associated with the Western lifestyle:
# Gastrointestinal disorders
# Heart Disease
# Multiple Sclerosis
# Alzheimer’s disease
And the list goes on and on and on …

The wheat farmers over here in Australia have also used Roundup for many years and use as much as they feel like. Money means more to them than we do.

Gluten Is Not
The Only Thing
Making People Sick
More and more people are avoiding wheat products in fear of potential negative health risks from gluten. While abstaining from wheat and other common food products has been beneficial to most, the risk factors don’t derive solely from gluten intolerances.
In fact, some people in the United States that are normally prone to digestive issues can eat wheat in other areas of the world and suffer no ill affects. So what else is in wheat that is causing so many health issues? How about (glyphosate), the active ingredient in Roundup?
Gluten is in so many foods we eat. Foods like cereals, bread, cakes, biscuits, pies, battered foods, pizzas and pasta. So many people are allergic to gluten these days. Did you know that if you are allergic to gluten you can develop Bi-Polar? 60% of society now has Bi-Polar. 60% of our western diet now consists of processed food containing gluten.
This following list shows the range of symptoms a person can experience if they are allergic to gluten, for some people the only symptom they may show is depression.
Symptoms Of Gluten Allergy

So many doctors work for the drug companies now and just prescribe medications, instead of finding out whether a person or a child has a gluten allergy.
It is amazing how many bad things gluten can do to the mind and body.
I blame the excessive amounts of gluten in our processed food for the rise in Bi-Polar, Diabetes, ADHD, Depression, Obesity, Extreme Fatigue and many of the other serious health problems people are having nowadays.
Here are a couple of links to help mothers who have children who suffer depression, mood swings, fatigue, irritability, insomnia, hyperactivity, aggression, red rashes, ADHD, Bi-Polar and Autism.

I found this following information below in a fantastic book called The Natural Medicine Guide by Stephanie Marohn.www.stephaniemarohn.com
"Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, oats
and other cereal grains. During digestion, this large protein (consisting of long chains of amino acids) is first broken down into smaller peptides before being further reduced into its amino acid components. Peptides are similar to endorphins, substances that athletes know as the source of "runner's high."The peptides form of gluten is called glutenmorphin.
Gluten is difficult to digest, and many people develop
an intolerance to it,which means that the body regards it as a foreign substance and the immune system launches an immune reaction against it.
In addition, researches theorize that incomplete digestion of gluten leads to excessive absorption of glutenmorphins from the intenstines into the bloodstream, which leads in turn to their passage across the blood-brain barrier where they exert their opioid effects.
*In so doing they depress serotonin, dopamine, and
norepinephrine levels in the brain. The opioid aspect also leads people to become addicted to gluten products.
While the intake of carbohydrates in general initially
increases serotonin levels, chronic intake dramatically reduces serotonin levels in the brain.
Typical results are depression, stress, anxiety, sleep problems, a craving for carbohydrates, irritability, mood swings and aggression. Allergies can produce mental and behavioural symptoms.
This type of allergy or intolerance is termed a brain
allergy or a cerebral allergy. Eating foods that prompt
an immune system reaction (foods to which one is
sensitive or allergic) can actually interfere with
In regard to gluten, research has found that when people who are sensitive to gluten eat food containing it, their neurological function is altered.
*Depression is one of the manifestations of the alteration, which can occur without people being aware that gluten is a problem for them. Sometimes depression is the only symptom in evidence.
Gluten aggravates MS, Bi-Polar (Manic Depression),
eczema, arthritis and many other ailments.

What we eat while we are pregant does have an effect on the DNA of our unborn babies. I really believe that because women are eating twice the amount of sugar and gluten than previous generations, this is causing many babies to be born with both mental and physical health problems.
